No one knows where she is buried. The point is that she IS buried, and she is resting in her grave (according to the Bible) where she will remain until Jesus comes the second time on Judgement Day.

So who is it that all these people are praying to? If it's not Mary, it must be....?

No. She was likely buried somewhere in Asia Minor. Pakistan's the wrong direction.
