I got a cool life, I got a nice appartment I share with my fiancé, I love my family, I'll be married next year, we got a cat, my job is ok and the salary is correct...
So life should be great !
But I got a problem, and i don't know what is is...
Last Saturday, sudendly, I don't know what started that, I felt in a bad mood, I didn't want to do anything... When my fiancé tried to cheer me up, it went worse.
A part of me knew it was stupid, knew that it was a lovely day, and that my fiancé was nice with me. But my mood went darker and darker.
Then I became angry at myself, and sad that I hurt my fiancé's feelings... And so my mood became even darker, and I was mor angry at myself... Thare was a lot of violence in me.
It was really hard to be "normal" again...
I know I frightned my fiancé... But I don't understand what happen to me...
And it's just an example, it happen not often, but from time to time...
What should I do ???

Seems to be a kind of depression... going up and down suddenly, you better ask for help... It is good that you see the problem, so just the next step.. ask for help to a counselor. See if you do not have something inside that is hurting you like something that has happened in the past and you've never been able to show or heal. Good luck, and sure everything is going to be ok.
Just one thing.. talk to your fiance about what you are feeling... he'll understand, and at least he won't think that you stopped loving him or worse, that you are hiding him something. Everything is going to be alright. .

Sounds like there is something in you life, past or present, that you are not at peace with. It could be anything from something at work, a relative or friend, fear of commitment, PMS.... Since you say that you've experienced this before, it's something you will feel better figuring out. Anonymous ppl in cyberspace aren't gonna be much help. The answer is within you, but sometimes life gets a little too complicated to figure it out on your own. Take advantage of the therapists out there. Find one you like and who gets you. Talk about what's going on to someone trained to help you better understand yourself. The worst that will happen is your out a few bucks. More than likely, you'll end up feeling a whole lot better about yourself. In any case, it's much better to take positive and responsible steps forward than to continue to let this thing control your life.
Have faith in yourself. You'll find your answers.

You are very lucky that you got a warning signal. You really need to pay attention to it. Your outburst is caused by some kind of stress that needs to get taken care of.
First, it could be that you have some kind of physical problem - lack of certain vitamins you need, sleep deprivation, overuse of alcohol or caffeine. Cut down on your drinking and coffee drinking and see if it helps. Get more exercise, more sleep and get a good multivitamin, plus a stong B-complex vitamin. They make liquid sublingual B-complex that contains 1000 Mg of B 12 and can be bought in health food stores now.
Second it could be some kind of underlying chemical imbalance, involving neurotransmitters, so please go to your doctor and get a referral to a neurologist or psychiatrist if vitamins, sleep and exercise don't take care of it.
Finally, it could be purely psychological, meaning you've burried trauma you experienced at an earlier time. In this case you would need to go through psycho-therapy over a period of time. You could have burried something (perhaps from early childhood) that is so harmful that you can't remember it now. This anger burst could be a signal that you are ready to start dealing with it. If you have something like that burried, you'll have to deal with it before it really damages you or destroys you and your relationships with others.
All the rest - good job, nice apartment, good relationships etc is only superficial -dressing on the cake so to speak. Of course you should be happy about it, but the most important thing now is to get help for yourself. Others close to you are not qualified to deal with it. You'll need to get professional help.
I am not a psychiatrist or medical doctor so I am not promoting my own field. In fact I don't trust medical doctors who like to prescribe drugs to just about anyone for depression. A friend of mine needed drugs for a while but she gained 60 pounds with Paxil and it made her even more depressed.
Take care of yourself. I hope it all goes well for you.

You are undergoing phases of Depression.Though some believe that Depression is caused due to stress and some others believe that it is caused because of Hormones, at times it may be due to unknown reasons.
All of us undergo Mood Swings and yours could just be a one -off case.Anyway, try and analyse for your self as to what could have caused it..
It is also better to consult a psychiatrist..
There are lot of ways to relax the mind .You could try out a simple Meditation called as TM .You could also try out Pranayama(Breathing) and Yoga nidra..
If you are interested to learn these simple techniques, mail me or IM me..
I could definitely help you out in learning these....
Keep smiling..
