I am a Muslim and can say that Islam also says Allah(The One and true God) is NOT OMNIPRESENT.
I mean God is not present everywhere but knows whats happening everywhere,be it be in a room or in car or in a person's mind.......simultaneously.
In short,God knows every simutaneous event happening not by being at each of that places but by his knowledge.
God is present on his throne(Arash in Arabic) which is above the universe,heaven and hell.

I don't see any references to she, but since God is outside of time, He can be everywhere at once.
