Yes, it's simple. All you have to do is use common sense and maybe kick your exercise regimen up a notch. Eat foods that look obviously healthy, such as lettuce and chicken, and avoid those that look obviously unhealthy, such as greasy cheese or oily chips. And never eat more when you feel that you are full! So you don't feel guilty about wasting food, make sure your servings are just enough to fill you. You might want to consider not being full at times, but that often leads to a desire to eat junk food to fill up. Also consider drinking lots of water; it's good for the system, and helps you fill up at times. As for exercise, just jogging is nice. Don't go overboard here though. If you can't do like weights or something, then I recommend swimming a lot. This is very fun and hard to stop. You'll lose weight really fast with swimming. Okay, good luck; a big step in this is to have to proper mentality. If you haven't completed your goal, don't ever feel depressed, because then you might start to eat more or just not care, and then your effort will be for nothing. Always have good confidence.

Yes. You can lose around 10 pounds. Eat healthful foods, cut out sugar and junk. Drink plenty of water and go for a good 30 minute walk every day.

Yes it is with a strict dies and work out.

However it really depends on if you should. what I mean by that is if your 200lbs and want to be 190 thats only a small percentage of your weight . If your only 120 lbs then thats vastly different.

The best bet is to consultant a docutor before starting any diest to make sure your weight loss is done in a way that keeps you health too.

Yes if you just started dieting and exersizes...sometimes you can lose about 15 pouds a month...i did anyways..im 16..the younger you are the easier it is to lose weitght im trying to lose some weight before schol starts in aguast.

Stop watching your weight & start fueling your life! Read "BobyFueling"( the ground-breaking approach to eating for health, energy, fitness & FAT LOSS) by Robyn Landis (Warner Books -ISBN 0-446-60194-2). This is the only book I reccommend on fitness & fat loss though I've read many dieting books.

yes, you can jog in the morning for an hour and jog in the evening for an hour. or you can go to the gym and work out for 3 hours a day. remember not to eat any fatty or sugay foods. it's very good to eat a meal in the middle of the day so you won't be hungry before you sleep. good luck.

yes it is possible...just make sure you do it the right way if you don't its unhealthy, u can develop colon problems...etc...so just diet and work out, cut out all fatty junk foods...oh and don't eat anything "lowfat or lowcal" they maybe lowfat and lowcal but to make up for that they have all these artificial ingredients which is unhealthy and will not help you lose weight, rather, hinder the process.

But a school eat 10 pounds usually.
