What I mean is, do you feel accepted and assisted by your new fellow countrypeople? What can we as Americans and Canadians do differently to make everyone feel happy and accepted in their new life in this country?

my biggest problem is to find a job. I have good qualifications and experience, and everyone told me before I came here, that people who could do medical transcription were in very high demand. Now I am wondering what happened to the market?

I am also qualified in other fields, having taken new qualifications for nearly every job I have done, so why is it so difficult to get hired? It just doesn't make any sense to me.

I wish I could answer that question. But I don't live in Canada or USA. But I've heard from some people that they are not treated well by the people in these countries. Others praise the system. Some have even said that those people follow the principles of Islam better than the muslims of today, without even knowing it!!!
