I AM PLANNING TO GO FOR A VACATION TO DOMINICAN REPUBLIC.I AM NOT A US CITIZEN BUT PERMANENT RESIDENT WITH A GREEN CARD. AM I GUARANTEED TO BE ABLE TO RE-ENTRY THE USA ??? AND WHAT Do I NEED FOR THE ENTRY TO DOMINICANA ?

You must travel with an unexpired passport and your green card. As long as your green card is valid, you will be re-admitted to the US. As for what you need to enter and leave the Dominican republic, it depends on what your citizenship is. You need to find out whether you need a visa for the DR.
