Sorry, your question got cut off by editing. I'm guessing you're worried if you can get someone pregnant that way. That transparent semen is pre-ejaculate, a "coming attractions" before the real deal. There is a lesser chance of getting someone pregnant with this, but there is still a chance. Are you talking about precum..which is what happens to guys when they get turned on, just like how women get wet, guys have precum..It does contain a little bit of sperm, so be careful when having sex with anyone and make sure to use condoms. Futhermore it is only the first step in the 5 or 6 stages of sexual physiology within the human body...so it can cause you to have an orgasm if you do what ever it takes to make you finish, but if you don't its not a big deal either.
