That is normal. Do not worry about it. My mom was quite vocal when we were kids that she loves her children but she just cannot stand other people's children. She is pretty great with her grandchildren, though. :)

i think so.. i have a son who was 6 months younger than his other boy cousin and i think his not as cute as my baby lol.. just the look wise .. but with other peoples children yeah i found some of them very annoying at times.. especially if other parents just let them lose like animals.. i cant stand it.. the parents and the children.. or sometimes if you think that the other children are well behave and smarter then your child it get a bit annoying..

i mean thats great for them.. its more like jealousy you want your child better than the other child..

but most parents just have to think there children are the best no matter what..just have to! i mean who will you know..
i love my child thought his the best
lol

Yes it is normal. What you are probably not liking about other people's children is that they are disruptive and rude and when you speak to them they mouth back and mom or dad of the other children tell them they do not have to listen to you. I feel the same way. I take my girls to amusement park near our home, while waiting in line there are kids whose parents did not think it necessary to come into the line with them. The kids were being disobedient to the extent they were not listening to the teenagers running the ride. I finally said to the kids, that they needed to keep their hands off the latches and quit opening the gates. The kid said I don't have to listen to you. I said yes you do. I am an adult and you are endangering everyone in line with your bad behavior. Then this same kid tried to tell me that my youngest (who is too short to ride this particular ride) was allowed to ride and I should have put her on. It is frustrating, but you are normal.

This is normal. I mean, you want your children to be the best. In your eyes they are always well-disclpined and all. but as for other children, it's different. you look at them as if they are alien.

yes, it is. this is due to the fact that everyone raises their children differently and we each believe we are right.

so if you see a child with different behavior than what you would allow, you can't stand it!

Been there, done that.

Yes, there are plenty of people who have their own children and love them but don't gush over someone elses baby.

My mom feels the same way. She has to be really attatched to the parents to even like their kids. It's amazing she was a good mom!

I don't like bratty kids. Actually I don't like their parents. I hate when I see a kid running through Wal-mart yelling and screaming and their parents don't care.
