I never eat breakfast either and my dietitian girlfriend always cringed at the thought. The age-old mantra about breakfast is that it's "the most important meal of the day." I've never found I needed breakfast to go, however, and have always questioned how true this is.

Yet it's universally accepted by folks in health care that the body needs sustenance in the morning to begin performing the body's many vital functions. As a result, I now try to force myself to eat SOMETHING in the morning - even if it's just a granola bar.

The best thing you can do is figure out how to work some base calories into your routine so that you are eating something every morning, even if it's a small amount. If you refuse to do this, then I would recommend eating a small snack earlier than lunch, just to get nutrients into your system earlier. Liquids packed with valuable vitamins and minerals are also a good substitute if you find they are easy to grab and go first thing in the morning.

Eating a large meal before you go to bed, incidentally, is not considered a good solution for replacing breakfast. It IS a good way to get really chubby really fast, though.

You have to eat your breakfast meal which should contain lot of fiber (to keep you active for the whole day) you will find some products contains fiber in huge amounts to give you about half your daily needs (10g-17g in serving) and you have to get one peice of vegetable and one peice of fruit .. the breakfast is an important meal if you will work or become active on the morning otherwise you can eat when ever you like what ever your want and your body need :)

skipping breakfast is the main cause of some diseases! You have no idea! If you cannot eat for appetite issues, try to wake up 10 minutes earlier than your usual time, it may help enhancing your appetite! If its because you dont have time, at least drink milk, it covers the inside of your stomach... Try also a piece of fruit such as a banana or an apple!

You cant. Breakfast is vital. Either get up a few minutes earlier or grab a couple of slices of whole wheat bread with some 100% fruit spread on it if you are on the go.

You won't do anything to compensate it. Breakfast shouldn't be skipped.

Drink water to fill you up, and fruit juice/milk to get the calories and vitamins you need. Any sort of food first thing in the morning makes me feel ill.

well i don't eat breakfast neither so i eat granola bars or breakfast bars and a orange juice or water.
