The true Christian faith is made up of a body of people from every Christian denomination out there.

A true Christian knows it's not about where you go to church. It's a matter of your personal relationship with God through Jesus Christ.

In every church there are people who are true believers and those who pretend.

Just my opinion.

True christian faith is what you have faith in as a christian.
Be it Buddha, Allah, Jehovah, David, be you Baptist, Jew, Protestant, or you belong to a non denominational society, understand one thing...don't believe have faith.... for if you believe, then you have doubt, but if you have FAITH then there is no doubt. Because faith is belief without reservation, meaning there is no doubt.

Only an unbiased person could answer the question correctly if at all. He, or they, would have to study the Bible and denominations thoroughly and make a judgment call. And still could be wrong.
