You seem to have athletes foot. Which is a fungus. There are lots of over the counter medicines. After cleaning your feet you have to dry them thoroughly so that it doesn't happen again. The fungus grows from the dark and dampness. You should see a doctor just in case it scabies which there is no over the counter medicine.

Below is more information from webmd.com

Put your feet in a big enough bowl to fit them and this solution...4 cap fulls of distilled white vinegar and 4 to 6 cups warm water...soak feet for 30 mins. then use a hair drier to blow dry feet dry,do this for 3 days and if you have some kind of fungi on your feet it will clear it up.The vinegar is a natural anti fungal and the blow drying dries up the moist environment for foot fungus to be able to grow, also change socks a lot and use a hydrocortizone cream or any other anti-itch cream if itching is too intense, but the vinegar solution should stop the itching---if there is any open or raw areas, the vinegar might burn, but it will go away after your feet soak for a few seconds.Make sure it's white vinegar and you have to dilute it with water!!!

Get an anti fungal... you have athletes foot! Walmart sells the stuff cheap. Do youself a favor and get some. Also, it can spread to others in your house from a shower floor, etc.

Take care of yourself!

You probably have athletes foot. Try some Lotramin cream. Change your socks at least 2 times per day and alternate which shoes you wear from day to day so they can dry out.

Sounds like jungle rot or foot fungus! Icky! Use only white cotton socks and breathable shoes. Go barefoot as much as possible at home, but not in public places.

You should dry your feet properly in between the toes when you come out from the shower/bath/swimming pool..whatever...but for now put some baby lotion in between your toes and try to wear sandals for the mean time.
