can a catholic marry on a holy day?

I do not know anything in Canon Law that would prevent that, but perhaps there is. However, most priests are way too busy on Holy Days to marry people. This goes for Sundays as well, though if the priest had the time and wanted to, I don't know of anything that would make him say no.
