It'd be all of them if the criteria was verifiable factual information.

Just because some books are mentioned in the Bible doesn't mean they were ment to be in the Bible. So, there are NO lost books of the Bible.
Also, the Apocrypha were never properly part of the Bible, though Catholics would like people to think so. The Catholics never had authority over what constituted the Holy Scriptures, neither the Old nor the New Testaments.
The Bible isn't defined as a collection of books written by anyone who thinks they know something about God; it is written by "men moved by the Holy Spirit spoke from God" (II Peter 1:21). And as such, the selection of what writings it includes is also inspired by God, not men.

I have heard some of the gospels that were removed from the Bible, unfotunately I forgot them. I have watched the National Geographic Channel feature documenatry two months ago. It was about the missing gospel that is now recovered by some historians. It's called the Gospel of Judas.

If any of this books had been lost we wouldn't be able to go look at then would we? This books just don't measure up to the standards of being scripture.
