Homeopathic Treatment for Excessive Fat and Weight :-
PHYTOLACCA BERRY's Mother Tincture is perhaps the safest and sure fire way of loosing excessive fat around abdomen. With Phytolacca Berry once you loose the excessive fat and weight you don't get it back because you body takes care of itself after that and keeps you from gathering up excessive fat. It is prescribed after having a baby too, to get the tummy to loose its flab and to make it flatter and tighter. And after loosing weight with this you don't get flabby it tightens up the flab and skin along with helping your body to shed the excessive accumulation of fat around the girth
The dosage is 15 to 20 drops of the tincture in half a cup of hot water thrice a day half hour before or after meals.
Avoid Chocolates, Coffee, Mints, Red Meat and Carbonated and Alcoholic drinks while taking Homeopathic Medicines. You have to take it for at least 30 to 45 days after that you start to feel the results.
To the best of my knowledge its the safest and the most sure fire way of loosing fat and weight and keeping it of for keeps. Excellent remedy for Obese people who cant seem to shed weight despite trying.
Homeopathic Remedies can be found at all Major Herbal Stores or could be bought on line, In most of the world Homeopathic remedies are quite cheap and easy to find and they do not need a prescription.
Take care and God Bless !

Lighter Life aka Cambridge Diet.
Its a liquid only diet, shakes that contain all the minerals and vitamins you need for each day, you drink 3 a day and thats it, just water as well.
Providing you follow the plan you can expect to loose a stone in 4 weeks depending on how much you have to loose. Larger folk will loose more.
When you see the cost you think its expensive but here in the UK its £35 for a 1 week supply, how much do you spend on your weekly shopping? £40, £60, £100? Seeing as you dont need any other food its a good price, saved us money infact.
If you plan on keeping the weight off you need to follow the plan to the letter, you cannot stop, you need to slowly come off the plan over 3 months otherwise you will put it all back on in 3 weeks. Thats providing you can stick to it, every fibre of your being will be telling you to eat somthing solid but all you can do is drink to satisfy that hunger.
Its not a crash diet as you get all the nutriants you need in the shakes, the only thing missing is calories. but it is vital you follow the plan and DO NOT JUST STOP!!!!

Juice fasting for periods of time....fruits, vegetables and nuts for periods of time. Try 3 days of each or whatever works for you. You can go on long juice fasts - 40 days - without hurting your body because the juices from fruits and vegetables keep you from hunger and also heal your body of toxins. Be sure to add nuts or beans or something to replace the meat. Also there are books I have read...The Diet Alternative by Diane Hampton is one of my favorites. I fast for spiritual and physical reasons. Fasting and Abstinence are good for the soul. When I am not fasting I do not deprive myself of foods that I enjoy. It is moderation and not deprivation that works for me. If there is a food in my house that I can't seem to moderate I frequently throw it out and/or refuse to bring it home except in small portions. ....eg. I can buy a piece of cake rather that a whole cake or a piece of pie rather than a whole pie. Everything God made is good in moderation. Hope some of these ideas help you. Contact me if you would like. I will be working at losing these last 15 pounds and helping you will help me too. Don't forget the Basic Ingredient. That is a book too.
God's help is the basic ingredient.

The Atkins Diet (if you do it right) - I suggest you buy the book so that you do it properly.
I did the Atkins for about 2 years and I couldn't believe how skinny I became. I did not have a high blood pressure, and I never became sick - which I normally become (And I ate as much as I could - in fact the more I ate, the skinnier I became)
The only thing I did not like about the Atkins Diet was that my strenght training suffered. Even though I had lots of energy, I could not lift as much weight or sprint as fast as I used to when I used to carbo-load.

I think I can help you here! I lost 30 pounds in a year by doing the following... - Eat less (Don't over eat, stop when you are full) - WATER (drink only water. That will cut at at least 300 calories a day if you are used to drinking soft drinks, coffee, or juice at every meal) - LIMIT YOUR SWEET INTAKE - NO JUNKFOOD (for example - apple slices instead of chips. or even pretzels or trail mix) - WATCH OUT - for foods that seem low in calorie but are not. Like peanut butter....When we want a PB & J we tend to pile it on but that stuff is nearly 200 calories per serving. (And a serving is 2 tablespoons btw) - CELERY - It's 0 calories! Making it a perfect snack! - NO MIDNIGHT SNACKS - eat ONLY when you are HUNGRY - JOG - It seems like hardwork, but 1 mile a day only takes me like 15 to 20 minutes. You just gotta get it overwith and after that you feel wonderful because it's done and you did something good for your body. GOOD LUCK!

Sadly, all of the hurry up methods don't last. It's called yo-yo dieting or crash dieting. As soon as you stop the diet, the weight comes back, and usually brings a few more pounds with it. This is the voice of experience speaking. Slow and steady is always the best way.

Keep that meal between 400 and 1000 calories. Serve yourself a smaller sized portion, so if you like coming back again for seconds, you'll just wind up eating a normal-size portion.

Add veggies to baked items. You'll never even taste the actual zucchini in these brownies or even the sweet potato in most of these cookies.
