One way to help is to drink 8 glasses of water everyday ( but not all at once ) .
When you eat , eat very slowly ( eating slowly makes you full faster ) .
Also you look very pretty in your yahoo picture :)

You must be joking right? Seems like you already have an incredible body judging by your 360 pics.
Look I seriously reccomend this diet since starving yourself isn't part of the plan.
Some people in my office are on it and it really is working for them. I am thinking about picking it up myself since I put on a few pounds while I was in my cast.
You do questionaire that tells you your body type and then follow the suggested menu's and eating schedule for your body type. Check the link!
Seriously though I don't think you have anything to worry about your a doll baby and look just right to me!

I was watching a show on PBS and a buddhist man said you should be mindful of what you eat. I think it means plan on what type of food you want and should be eating. Ask yourself what will I eat now and will I eat later. And ofcourse make it good food, stuff from the "food groups", yeah? Fake food is prepared in a way and has ingredients that your body has a more difficult time digesting and distrubuting to the rest of your body that uses it for energy and growing and functioning. Really try and minimize most of the crap food out of your diet, as much as possible, will power. hope this helps

Drink lots of water and eat small frequent healthy meals and snacks throught the day (it's called grazing). I lost 2 lbs last week doing this! Avoid white bread!!

Sample of some foods I eat over the course of the day:

Small whole grain pita with hummus
Fruit
Seasoned veggies
pickles
Boca burger on whole wheat
Low fat cheese
Veggie pepperoni ( Lightlife makes this and it's uncanny how much its like meat pepperoni and only 40 calories for 13 pieces)
Veggie omelet

You also need to do at least 30 mins of moderate to vigorous exercise a day. Your metabolism gets higher through frequent meals and exercise.

Well you can do what I do.... eat. When I'm hungry, I just eat something healthy that does not add many calories. That would usually be my famous salad. One of the biggest gripes among dieters is the taste of diet foods. They're just not using their imaginations. My salad contains all sorts of healthy vegetables. With a little low fat/low cal dressing, it's delicious. I've lost around 45 pounds in the past 8 months. 30lbs in the first two months after I started dieting, plus, I eat all I want. There is a wealth of useful health info here: http://www.chetday.com

You can start juicing. Try a banana and milk smoothie once a day. A juice fast is good. freedomyou.com/fasting can help. Some people do 3 days of juice fasting followed by 3 days of fruits and vegetables. I add nuts to that. Fruits, vegetables and nuts for 3 days. I'll be doing something like that this week. I have 15 lbs to go to get to my goal weight. Have lost about 28 pounds already.

Here are some suggestions:

1) If you are working out, you are going to get hungry. Don't panic, that's part of the process.

2) Try to eat foods that contain protein and some fat. Try to choose healthy dietary fat such as nuts, advocadoes, etc. Saturated and trans-fat sources such as fries, chips, full-fat dairy / meat, cookies, etc are not heart healthy.

3) Eat 6 - 8 times a day. I prefer to graze throughout the day. It keeps your metabolism going. I am also the one at work with piles of food on their desk and who eats all day long, but never gets fat.

4) Avoid refined sugars, white rice and other fast-digesting starches. They are digested quickly and leave you hungry.

5) Track your calories for a few days and see where you stand. You may be inadvertently starving yourself and thus making yourself susceptible to binge eating. Use http://www.fitday.com to monitor yourself (it's free).

Good luck.

Try not to focus on how your body looks, but on how it WORKS. When you can run and dance and do what ever without much effort, then your body will look great, too. You can eat alot- it's just WHAT you eat that counts, and get plenty of exercise and drink water and take vitamins.

drinking water often fools the body into thinking it's eaten, so it'll stop the food craving until you are actually hungery.

otherwise, celery has negative calories. it takes more energy to eat and digest it, than it contains! try snacking on celery sticks. add other raw fruits and vegatables too for variety. (raw food takes more energy to digest than cooked.)
