I'm thinking of dying my hair.. I'm a medium brown color.. any suggestions on what color I should dye it?

Well, i think that you shouldn't change your hair color. I think that you should just highlight it. The best highlight color for your hair is uhm...the goldish ones. Like the ones on Herbal Essenses gold. I think.
Don't dye your hair. If you do you might think its not perfect and you might try another color and accidentaly mix some kind of different chemicals together. Which is bad.

My friend has the same color, to keep a natural look she added caramel colored highlights and some cinnamon, it looks beautiful, so natural and so modern

Try going to a deeper brown or a brown with reddish tones. That is what I did (reddish tones) and everyone loves it.

try adding some highlights, my hair is light brown and i added dark blond highlights and everyone has commented on how good it looks.
