One of my favourite places to go is Nando's. Proper good wholesome food, with a spicey kick, good service and good prices.
Yo! Sushi is alright but I think you are better off eating proper Sushi in London, this place is too Anglicised.
And whatever you do, don't go to Amoy, it's slow, expensive and they rely way too much on the MSG.

Carluccios is good with plenty of choice. Also the Italian stand in the Academy has a good vegetarian choice. La Tasca also has plenty on the menu for veggies.

The Carluccio's cafe there has got to have the best food by far - probably got some good veggie options, but as a meat eater I've not noticed too much.

It's not cheap, but worth it compared to your average shopping mall food court fare.

La Tasca - it is a tapas place, so there will be lots of choice for the veggies as well. It is right by the entrance to the cinema's and has a lively atmosphere.
