Please include jump rope into your exercise. it is said to help the blood cells, and ward off cancer, I know this sounds faaar fetched and I`m not sure why, because I missed some of the report, but I don`t think it will hurt, but maybe check with your Dr. before you start any type vigorous exercise.

be active in physical activities like badminton or swimming. ask your friends to go with you, u won't feel lonely.
