HUH? Since when did you have to? I know of NO employer that requires you NOT to have a mate....
If the problem is the guy doesn't want you to have a job - provide more information - like do you have 3 preschool aged children at home needing you there, and you cannot afford day care due to not attaining any type of education - thus the man asking you stay home for a couple of years til the kids start school? What is the deal here???
Women all over America have jobs, get married, have kids, etc, etc.....wherever did you get the idea that the two were mutually exclusive?

Life is always full of incompatable choices. If you are being forced to choose by the man, you must decide if this is the kind of man who will make you happy. If other circumstances are causing the dilema, you must decide which means more to you. There is, of course, some chance that you will choose incorrectly, but, if you listen to your heart, you probably already know the answer. Just have the courage to follow through.

It depends who makes you more happy and with whom you like to spend most of your time. At work or spending time with a man. When its really high paid job and you have more friends and get lot of repect from your college then i will choose job and about the man there are many fish in the pond. Nowadays is really hard to find a well paid job.

You should NEVER have to choose between a job and a man, the only thing about this question that i can figure out is that... your man is very insecure, and maybe you are around , maybe~say: an ex-boyfriend,lover, or husband.

If you have to choose, there is something wrong. You should choose the job, and he should be understanding about it. You may not have a second chance to get a joib like that. There are som many factors to consider, and you know the answer to most of them yourself.
