You are all humans is what matters , your child will learn both your cultures , citezenship is just a paper! Australia and Poland are names of continents , Britain is an island ,a powerfull one at that, so where your child is born is not the question.

No not any more unless aether of you have indefinate.stay... Poland is in the E.U now if you have a child he/she will be free to enter and reside ...i think

No. Either of you should be british or have ILR (Indefinate Leave to Remain) in UK.
