It's different for everyone. For some healthy "curves" in all the right places is the first thing that will turn my head. A good smile is nice too. That's when I'll want to know more about her. If she comes off as having a huge attitude, current boyfriend/husband, or something like that, it will just turn me right off.

A smile, it tells you a lot about people.
Their eyes! windows to the soul.
Hair, if she looks after her hair/appearance she will to you.
Body, fat people are inherently lazy, if they cant look after themselves they wont look after the relationship.
Nails, again if she looks after herself she has respect for herself and therefore she will be able to have respect for you.
