Zahraaid, unless you know chat_with_rohan, I very much doubt that he'll already have ACDSee or Photosop installed.
Chat_with_rohan, you can download Picasa for this. This is a free image editor, that will let you remove red eye pretty easily. Here's a link: http://picasa.google.com

i think u can use ACDsee and photoshop?
it's already in the menu.
just explore a bit more to find em

go to google.com->more->picasa 2
and install this software it's the best one for all things related to PHOTOS
