It is more healthy to eat it. Besides, I've had better effects eating it - if you can weight an hour for the effects to kick in.

yes and to everyone that says its stupid its not only for people who "like to get ****** up" (like im sure the maker of this question) but it can also be used for spiritual personifacation and used for meditation so its not just about getting high atleast not for me
