get a lobotomy. Dude, its part of who we are as a species. there is nothing wrong with it, as long as it doesn't involve kids, farm animals or force.
btw, if it does, seriously conside the lobotomy thing.

Keep your mind busy and work out a lot. Go running or jogging or swimming.
Do something physically exerting and just focus on that. You'll be worn out and tired at the end of the day and get in better shape.
You might even meet someone out there who's running as well, and then you can find more creative ways. But i'll leave that to your imagination.

You don't clearly indicate what the problem is. Why is it you would seek to stop sexual urges? Are you having sex far too frequently and cannot seem to stop? If you could provide more information, you could receive better responses.

You can't stop sexual urges. I mean Jesus not even priests can keep their hands off of little boys. You just have to control yourself because there will always be guys with sexual diseases out there just ready to spread their sickness. Watch out..

The best way i get rid of sexual urges is by thinking of the most grossest thing possible like having a 3sum with and old wrinkly granny and her cat....or sumthink along the lines of that!!!

Well sexual urges go away with time...until then i advise avoiding sex inducing stuff(porn[there are some women who watch so i am just saying], toys,etc) and take some cold shower(note:stock up on flue medicine).
