No, Geneva is not the Swiss capital. Switzerland does NOT have a capital! The government/parliament is located in Bern, the so called "Bundesstadt" which functions as a capital, but so far the Swiss haven't yet decided about it - and maybe won't ever...
Switzerland is surrounded by France, Italy, Austria, Germany and Liechtenstein.

No.
Berne is the capital. (Spelled Bern in its local language, German.)
Switzerland is bordered by Italy, France, Germany, Liechtenstein, and Austria. If you were reading a map from left to right, I guess you'd say Austria was "next to" Switzerland.

I think Bern is the capital city. It's surrounded by Germany to the north, Austria to the east, Italy to the south and France to the west.
