In Singapore they measure the psi level of the fart and not the noise level.
If it is in dangerous zone, you may face the death penalty.
But the prosecution have to prove beyond reasonable doubt that the acused is the one who farted. There have been cases where people have been accused wrongly because of the silent farts in crowded trains or buses where the guilty get away scot free. I heard that they enforcement agencies are training sniffer dogs to catch the culprits.
The CIA found that the Iraqis under Saddam Hussein used to bottle farts and used them as biological Weapons of Mass Destruction.The MI5 also confirmed that they smelt it too.

yes in singapore it is unlawful to deficate or urinate in public and this includes farting. though usually a fart will pass with no comment, if officers catch you farting, it can lead to 12 strokes with a ratan cane. and beware, farting on the cane is cause for an extra stroke. one man with a rather unfortunate case of crones disease actually required 42 strokes before the punishment could be lawfully completed, and died as a result.

There might be an investigation if someone dies as a result of one of your farts.
But, honestly, unless you stick around, I don't know how anyone could pin it on you.
Generally speaking, the silent ones are the deadly ones, and the loud ones are pretty harmless.

yes, i live in excelsior springs. We have an ordinance for peace disturbance/disorderly conduct. In the wording it includes noxious odors.

i doubt it, but if there were it would be singapore. you get spanked by a cane for spitting gum onto the sidewalk.
