i know there is a program out there that will wipe clean your hard drive?

i am wanting to wipe my hard drive off so i can reload windows can anyone tell me a good free program that will do this for me ,i am wanting to upgrade from 95 but i am haveing troubles, so i just want to start with a clean hard drive since i cant reload a newer version of windows .i only have a 2 gig hard drive (yes i know it is small but thats all i have for now ) this is an older pc i have had and i want to upgrade the windows so i can add an internet pci adapter and 95 isnt new enough so i want to upgrade

The program is called Fdisk. You can find it on Windows 98 Boot disk. If you don't have the boot disk search for it on google or try download.com
