It cooks food using convection currents and is about 6 inches talk & 12 inches in diameter. I used own one but can't find it. Does anyone know Hinari's phone number /web address?

They don't appear to have a direct website, but amazon.co.uk do stock lots of Hinari products. If you still have problems, try contacting them as below:

As the previous answerer said, I can't seem to find a website for the manufacturer, but I did find many Hinari products on the UK Amazon website. There are ones that look like microwave ovens and use convection and there are grills like the George Foreman Grills, but I don't think those use convection.
