Shy girls, unlike other girls, tend to hide their true feelings for a guy they like. But just because a shy girl smiles, seems nervous, or blushes at a guy, it doesn't necessarily mean that they like the guy. So to guys who have actually had experiences where they found out for sure that a shy girl liked you, what kind of signs did you notice that indicated that she liked you? How did they act?

Sorry.... I don't wait for a sign! I go right up to her and ask her out! If she is really shy, I will take a little time and make her feel comfortable! She will let me know, if she says yes! I wouldn't have my current girlfriend if I wouldn't have stopped to help her out on the side of the road! She was so shy that she didn't want any help at all! No phone, 3 miles to the nearest house, in 102* weather, she just sat in the car as I changed her tire. Then I asked her out, after she kept looking at me and smiling.... Smiling, that was a sign for me!

How old are you? Shy is not the way to get the good guys. Good guys'll never notice or have the courage to do anything about it in the off chance they do notice.
I never noticed a thing back in highschool and apparently I was quite the catch. Skanky girls grossed me out but shy girls I always thought were too good for me.
Really the best advice is to get a dog and learn to train a stupid animal. Then all you have to do is find a guy who's cute and you're set for life.

Back in high school there was this shy girl that kept making eye contact with me. It was just too bad that I was more shy than she was. She would find excuses to bump into me and she would smile at me. The smile with the eye contact is all it takes. I came around and apologised for not noticing sooner even though I noticed it right away..

Umm, you just need to talk to the guy and tell him that you want to hang out sometime or something. Then he can move and decide if he wants to go out with you seriously or something

well there was this girl once i talked to, she always was shy and it was hard to get a conversation from her cuz she always just blushed and i thought she liked me but i couldn't exactly tell so i kept on talkin to her and started to tell her she was pretty and all and i got her to trust me and have condidence and feeling confortable when i was around her, so then it started when one day i was like i like your hair its so beautiful and i started to touch it around and she seemed to love it, anyway that was like a first step kinda i just wanted to see how far she would let me go, then is started to put my arms around her, then thats how it went it went slowly cuz with shy girls you can't go fast LOL, anyway once i was able to hug her touch her,grab her hand and since she letted me do all this stuff i took a final step, i decided i was gonna kiss her and if she rejected me was like f it lol so i had my hand across her from this wall and started to flirt with her she was just smiling and stuff usual shy girl and i placed my arm on her shoulder and slided down to her hip and then i grabbed her other hip with my other hand got close to her and kissed her.. AND THATS HOW I FOUNDOUT SHE DIGGED ME!!! LOL!!!! then i told her i liked her and if she wanted to go out she accepted and made her my bf did her couple times then left her, anyway yeah thats my story with her was fun and now recently i met this other BEAUTIFUL SHY GIRL!! lol but shes taken so idk i'll see what i can do lol

Usually I can tell if she does something out of character while in my presence or says something in jest concerning her or me.

when the guy she likes get near them, they can't seem to focus on anything and tend to shiver. in other words, damn nervous.
