Word and God, where was the Holy Ghost?

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. (John 1:1)

and you contend that Jesus was the word....

should the trinity just be God and Jesus? Where was the Holy Ghost?

You'll get many different answers here, but for me I see the Holy Ghost as God in our everyday lives. For example mother nature is God in the presence of the Holy Ghost or when God acts through people, that is the Holy Ghost.

Think of it like this---there is a man with a spirit within him. but say he can also place his spirit into a mouse. mockingly, i stumble on that prunes and workout fairly make my faith sturdy.
