forgiveness could not happen on this earth. No church with the proper authority could baptize him, because forgiveness from murder is not possible on this earth...part of repentance is restitution or correcting what you did wrong...since you cannot resurrect someone you have killed, then there is no baptism that can rectify 1000 of the strongest sins...among others (satanic worship)...

Of course, I should start that it is up to God and only up to God to forgive. Nevertheless, God gave us the guide line for this. God forgives.Jesus gave us the example that if your brother upsets you even 7 times seventy times and then comes back asking for forgivness, then you should be forgiven.

I beleive that a regretful murderer asking fr forgivness will be forgiven if he is sencere..

it depends, if they were premeditated or self-defense, if court judges can forgive him after killing a thousand then there is a possibilty that he will be forgiven up there. huh...
