With a baby and school, there's no possible way to hit the gym. I take a 1.5 mile walk, three times a day. That helps, right? Help! Trying to lose the extra weight!

That does help, or course. Vacumming, mopping, stuff like that helps burn calories. If your arms are moving, you know your burning something off. Even carrying groceries into the house is burning calories. Walking helps a lot. Keep doing what your doing and put all the tips you have gotten together, and you will be burning fat easier!

Walking up and down stairs, vaccuming, lifting( putting things in storage, cleaning out cabinets), climbing ladders, hauling laundry, washing cars, running after baby, mopping, scrubbing, sweeping. Pretty much anything that makes you move for more than 10 minutes at a time.

Any active household chores could help burn fat.Add extra modified movements while doing even the simpliest chores.Say for example while vacuuming the ground you could make some leg or trunk movements as well. Just be creative of your moves.

All activities that involve movement burn calories. You are actually always burning calories no matter what you are doing. You can also raise your metabolism by eating smaller frequent meals throughout the day. Avoid refined sugars and white bread as well.

If u have maid servent, remov her first. Dont use vaccum cleaner or washing machine. u urself sweep the floor, wash the cloths. The bending exersise we get by sweeping and washing cloths in sitting position will reduce fat around belly.

I wonder getting a stationary exercise cycling machine may help. The problem is that one may get sick of it after some time.
How about doing a slow jog? I have read that jogging is better than walking.
One has to watch her diet very carefully.
