Multi-racial.

For Census purposes you can check all three boxes for Caucasian, African-American and Native American/Pacific Islander.

For diversity purposes, this person is not considered a minority under Minority Business Enterprise standards, but is considered both African-American and Native American...just not enough to be a "minority".

Otherwise, this person is an American through and through, just like Tiger Woods and Mariah Carey.

BTW, "homo sapien" is not a race and "bi-racial" doesn't fit because that's when there are only two races involved. "Multi-racial" is when there are three or more races involved.

American do you live in America? This considering a person a 1/4 of this and 1/2 of that is wrong in my opinion. You are human and living in a country of your birth. So black American or white American or brown and so forth. If you are a mix then just say you are American, I think in this day and time we should consider that we are here and we are Americans. If you live in another country then your are _____ or what ever. If people would consider this the prejudice might slow a bit.

"what race do you consider someone that is half Welsh, quarter African American, and quarter native American?"

I'd consider them the same race as everyone else: Homo sapien sapien. That's the only race there is. The earlier races, such as Homo habilus, Homo erectus, and Homo sapien neanderthalensis, have all gone extinct. Obviously, you've confused "race" with "ethnicity".

Usually if you are asked on a form most people of biracial status take the race of their father. However, at least in America, questions about race on forms are optional and you do not have to fill them in. The easiest thing for you do may be to just check the 'other' box.

definite, you ought to be a million/2 IF both one among your mom and father are a million/2 and one among each and every of their mom and father are 4/4. the reason i take advantage of four/4 rather of "finished" is that a lot of human beings have an American Indian ancestor that they assume is "finished". besides the undeniable fact that, that man or woman ought to or may no longer be "finished" Your dad's mom and your mom's mom ought to correctly be interior of sight American yet presented that they are each and every 4/4 ought to that make your mom and father each and every a million/2 and also you (a million/4 +a million/4) a million/2.
