By 'he means it', i mean he really thinks he believes in God.
Note1:
I personally think that NO two people can all believe EXACTLY the same things about God, because everybody's upbringing, environment, culture, language and genes have influence on what is 'God' anyway.
Note2:
The meaning of every word you know, is based upon their personal upbringing, environment, culture, language and genes.
Subsequently, every word (including every word in the bible or any other holy book) in which a believer describes God, has different meanings for everyone. So no definition for God is global.
Not only would almost every believer give a different definition of God, also the words they use all have different meanings for different people. Hence my first question.

@Chris:
Someone's ego is also a result of upbringing, environment, culture, language and genes.

@Visionary:
If God exists, isn't He then EXACTLY the same God for everyone?

@Sparkle:
If Satan believes in God, how could he not be saved. If one believes in God, he surely would know how good God is, so he'd WANT to be saved!

Even Satan believes that God exists but that is not enough to save him. Likewise, with people, more is needed than just knowing that there is God.

Ooh, lots of misconceptions here. - i'm going to enable those atheists who take care of evidence talk approximately evidence. Me, i take care of *evidence*. Of which there is *none by any potential* for God. - there is definitely no evidence that lifeless rely got here at the same time and shaped people. and no-one expects this sort of evidence to ensue. - OTOH, there are mountains of evidence that the 1st people got here from energetic, unsleeping creatures who have been very just about, yet not in elementary terms somewhat, human. - there is powerful, irrefutable evidence that reasonably complicated organic and organic compounds can and do sort spontaneously under specific circumstances. jointly as there's an prolonged way from peptide chains to residing beings, the peptide chains a minimum of have something that God would not: evidence. - Cosmologists and astrophysicists have a particularly good cope with on how the universe took shape under *organic* rules. - I placed down specific *ideals* if i think of they'rre incorrect. i don't placed down the *people* with those ideals till they realy, fairly deserve it. - My "preternatural" concept is that there is not any preternatural. all aspects agree that there grew to become right into a time that there grew to become into no existence. all aspects agree that there is existence now. all aspects agree that, barring prohibitively inconceivable quantum mechanical flukes, or divine conjuring tricks that, very actually, do not ensue, rely would not look from not something. subsequently, non-residing rely had to have replaced into residing rely in some unspecified time sooner or later. The creationists' hypothesis is that the transformation got here whilst a god, for which there is not any evidence by any potential, blew on a pile of airborne dirt and airborne dirt and dust. i don't comprehend what the Deists have faith. The scientists' hypothesis, for which evidence keeps to construct, is that straightforward compounds, by the *organic* rules of chemistry, very, very, very, very progressively shaped greater and greater complicated compounds. there's a logical induction that organic and organic compounds that shaped via organic potential ought to hold at the same time via natual potential into to residing beings produced from organic and organic compounds. No such induction is conceivable with a hypothetical intelligence that no you may instantiate.

I believe most differences in opinion has to do with the EGO.
Many people are convinced of the truth, but wouldn't like to acknowledge it because that would mean bowing before the one to told them about it. And this, most people dont want to do.
Because we all think we are somebody.

No, I don't think so. There are a lot of believers out there, claiming to believe, but not living it. I don't believe myself, but have more respect for some religious groups than others.

Hi!
Ofcourse NOT!
Even Jesus said many would say to HIM "Lord, Lord, Lord have we not prophesied in your name and cast out many devils?" and He would say to them "I don't not know you!"
To profess that you believe in Christ is not enough...Infact Jesus never commanded us to tell people that we believe in Christ but HE COMMANDED US TO PREACH HIM TO THE WORLD!
A true Christian is mostly not seen by his/her words but by his decisions in life. The fruit will tell which tree is it!
Our works are the proof of Jesus Christ in us...
But realise that works are NOT CHRISTIANITY!
It is like "we will know if the car has an engine(The Holy Spirit) when it moves" but again a car may be pushed to move(fake-Christianity) and could deceive many to be in good working order, especially if it moves on an inclined surface!
Hope this helps.
Hug!

You are begging the question. If someone says he believes in God, and means it, he really should believe.if he said he does, and didnt mean it he wouldnt. I believe i love my friends, and i really mean it when i say i do, so i guess i really do believe i love my friends.

You must accept Christ as your savior and Lord of your life, and you must ask the Holy Spirit to come into your life and guide you....There must be faith not just words.....(even if you believe them.)
