I don't hate christians but I am going to take a stab at your question.

Popular Media. People like Jerry Falwell, Jim Bakker, Jimmy Swaggert, Fred Phelps etc.. do not in a lot of peoples minds put christianity in a good light. Then you can turn on the television any Sunday morning and see these huge churches which obviously have a lot of money invested in them and the idea will go into peoples head that they are corrupt.

Basically, they are judging the whole bushel by the few bad apples scattered in there. However, isn't that what most people do given the state of the world today?

Boy, I'm not sure I really qualify to answer this question. I do not have a problem with every Christian out there you know.I really don't see how Vagina fits into the subject at all. Just to make that point clear. Now my vocabulary might include more "stuck up, full of themselves, hypocritical and honestly in my opinion the heavy "Bible thumpers" are crazy. In real live I try to avoid them Such in my younger years I didn't. and I still like to argue my point. I'm not saying Christian followers are corrupt, but believe history speaks for itself when it comes to the church and their leaders. Why else are there so many "subchurches" right now.

First I should qualify all that follows. I don’t HATE Christians, or for that matter anyone, I am married to a Christian and while I love her, some of her actions make it impossible for me to fully trust her. My problems with Christians have caused me to loose all respect for them and to treat them as the pariah they are. Having said that, you can read on or go back to sleep because I am sure you won’t like what follows.

I have been shafted so many times by people with fish on their cars that when I hired a contractor recently I checked his truck for any of those warning labels. When he enquired into my actions, I told him and he laughed. He did a fine job in spite of the mess the Christian left when I had to fire him because his work was so poor. I still can’t use the building for what I intended it for. He sure didn’t have any trouble taking the money for substandard work though. BTW, he was a friend of my Wife’s and a member of her church. I found out later he really didn’t want the job but instead of being honest, he went on and made a mess of the whole thing. It ended up costing $27,000 for a $19,000 shop and the floor (Christian construction) is so bad I can’t use it to build cabinets. What a heck of a deal $8,000 more because I trusted ANOTHER Christian. Well at least I am cured now, I have no qualms about asking a person I am considering hiring if they are a Christian. I haven’t been sued yet but it will probably happen some day.

I WON'T stop to help a car on the side of the road if it has that damn fish on it. I don't know how it would happen but they would end up with my truck and me with a broke down old Chevy with a fish on the back.

I think Christians consider themselves PREFORGIVEN and as such anything they care to do is just fine with themselves, their God (another issue entirely), their moral perspective, and all their friends.

There is nothing written above that is intended, solely, for shock value. I have at least a dozen stories that would turn your hair gray. I am absolutely serious. If these are examples of the inhabitants of heaven, I will take the other route. Of course, I gave up on all the back stabbing, lying thieves a number of years ago. I walked away from the Church (whatever that word means) and I have seen no reason to reevaluate my position. I now consider myself an "Open Minded Atheist", that is I will listen to anyone with REAL evidence that God exists or any logical reasons why I should return to a mass of "good people" that I wouldn't trust as far as I could throw the Empire State Building, and would never go near with out a full suit of body armor. Given a choice, I would rather go for a drive across a bridge with Ted Kennedy than have a discussion with a Christian.

One Christmas I really wanted to help a local family. Not a particular family but one who could use some help. All I asked the church people was to give me some way to help someone who roughly fit a profile I had written. All I was after was some idea of where my money was going. They looked at me like I was some sort of an A$$ for questioning them in any way. I should just turn a chunk of money over to them and they would decide how to best use it (sounds like politicians, another wonderful bunch of trustworthy people). My guess is the minister's pocket. By the time I decided the Christians were useless it was too late for Christmas. Someone didn't get that winter coat and a new bicycle.

Believe me, I will take an ethical heathen over any "Christian" you care to name and that includes the Pope or any other big name leader.

This is probably a bit more direct than you expected but I am a direct man. You asked for the answer and I provided mine. I hope this helps you to understand the position of at least one man.

BTW, you say you are a Preacher, FYI, I too am an ordained minister. I got it through a mill, it cost $20 and is perfectly legal. I could use it for tax exempt status. Just thought you would like to know what I think of that as well.

Remember, I don’t hate you. That is an emotion that is more damaging to me than to you. I don’t intentionally damage myself, especially when it doesn’t hurt the target a bit. In fact most Christians I have met wouldn’t know it was happening. I guess I consider them a bit on the dim side as well. Not really fair to paint with that wide of a brush as I have much less experience with the intelligence than with the total lack of integrity.

Sorry this is a bit wordy but you asked and nothing shorter would have made my point.

"vagina"? I see how the others relate, but that one's a bit obscure. My problem with christians is that they seem to have the "not perfect, just forgiven" Syndrome where they feel perfectly justified in being disgusting human beings, but are somehow better because they're "forgiven" and therefore are exempt from human decency. Almost all of the bad things done to me in life were done by christians. All the hateful, judging, angry, and belligerent attitudes are sadly, prominant traits with christians. They'll point out faults with others as proof that Christ is the way, but when the same foibles are pointed out to them about christians, it's "We're not perfect........"

American Christians, particularly pentecostals and evangelicals, have made it their business to undermine the federal constitution and to dissolve the wall between church and state in a desperate attempt to install a crypto-fascist theocracy based on their twisted religious beliefs. This country exists for all people of all faiths, yet how many Christian groups are so desperately trying to legislate THEIR morality at the expense of other's freedoms and right to pursue their own happiness? George Bush? Rick Santorum? James Inhofe? Sam Brownback? These are some of the most powerful men in the country, each is a fundamentalist Christian, each is a threat to the American way of life.

Christians are judgemental, intolerant, hateful people who wallow in their own hypocrisy and demonstrate the intellectual brain power of dead flashlight batteries. Frankly, you people are a menace to civilization.

Why would a christian hater want to answer you? But just to let you know one of the reasons might be that they hate when christians try and push their religion on them as if they belong to a cult or perhaps they think of those extreme christians that kill abortion doctors.

Christians believe there Faith is going to heaven the christian religion is very counterdictive they have there own bible that they follow that they taken from other scriptures and made it into what they want God to say, remember this now when in Christianity they pray to God well God haves a name and its not almighty God, God haves two sons is first son is Lucifer then of course there is jeuse as the some scriptures say jeuse was born here on earth that makes him human like you and me and its to be said that Lucifer (devil) was in heaven with is father God if you think about it that Christians can call lord jeuse by is name or call lucifer or the devil by is name why is'nt God being call by is name ? yes God does have a name its in every bible and in the bible there are many Gods as scriptures tells it God says no one shall worship no other God as so forth, God name is writen in Hebrew the Jews is God first chosen people and in the bible when jeuse was sacrifice on a cross find it the bible that its says he was on the cross now if you want to reply to me what I am going to say what is your interpertaion of this

" I have no faith in Christianity" what is your interpretation or any ones interpertaion

Because i dont have a feeling that they truly believe in God and go to church because of connection with him. They go there because everyone else does and they dont want old women to gossip them (if they live in a small village where its considred very bad, sinful and antisocial if they dont go to church). Also, i cant stand if they say : " oh, i think im gossiping right now. Hm... it doesnt matter, we can continue, im going to confession soon, God will forgive me." And i know many Christians who are full of anger and ready to hurt others. I think its strange not to do some things only because they are afraid of God and not because they believe they are wrong. You know, im a spiritual person too, but i try to avoid doing things i think are wrong. And if i catch myself doing them, i stop immediately. And i dont like that they hate everything that comes from other religions. Eg they refuse to do yoga (without meditation, just physical excercises for relieving backpain) because its not a christian form of excercise. I think this is peculiar.Dont get me wrong, i dont hate christians, i just think their "belief" is hypocritical andthey call themselves "christians" not because of belief but because of some kind of social status. And i dont like when they try to persuade me about their truth when ive already found my truth and i feel quite connected with God. I dont like when they say they will pray for me if i didnt ask them!
