Go buy her some and tell her when you saw them you just had to get them for her. Or do research on how not wearing panties can affect you healthwise, then share that info with her. Also, it's just not lady like. Throw that in her face ....nicely. Tell her that your comment is not meant to hurt her and that it comes from a "caring place".

I'll assume you are serious and therefore give you a serious answer.

First of all, understand that you might be walking on thin ground. If you say anything, this could blow up in your face. I have found that no one ever believes a male when he says something like "I wasn't trying to look." I once mentioned to a female co-worker that when she stood in front of a sunlite doorway or window that I could see everything she had on or not on under her skirt. I attempted to politely and tactfully suggest that a few of her skirts might require her to wear a slip under them. I wasn't complaining! I was trying to be a nice guy. She got very angry and told me that maybe this was the effect she was trying for and that I should mind my own business. Our relationship at work was never the same.

If you really think you need to do something about the situation, my suggestion is this: Do you have a female coworker that is a friend and that you trust? If you do, go to her and tell her the situation. If your friend is willing, she can approach your pantyless co-worker and point out her "exposure". I have been told by female friends that it's better to hear this kind of thing from a female than from a male. This may avoid embaressment for you and your pantyless co-worker. This also avoids involving higher up management and keeps everything on an informal basis.

Tell her/Start a rumor/leave a paper in the copier, that the landlord/boss/ etc.. said that the building has been found to have __________ (anything thats prevalent in your area) and that they climb up legs and, well you know, tell her "im actually wearing 2 pairs myself"

She will immediately freak out, trust me.

Yea especially report it to your boss if she's unattractive. Those are the girls that like to file sexual harassment suits for attention.

Report it to management. Let it be their problem. If you mention it to her, believe it or not, you could be seen to be harassing her.
