The Bible says that Adam and Eve had other sons and daughters, and the Bible says that the Sons of God -(angels) appeared to the daughters of men, perhaps that is why there are different cultures and races of men on earth... regardless, people on earth before the flood lived for hundreds of years, and Cain married a woman from the other descendants of Adam & Eve... note... consider a city like Denver, Colorado... just 150 years ago it was a ghost town... now Denver has millions of people...

Well I can't find an answer for you. But Cain was sentenced to wander and be marked so it is entirely possible he never married. Also at that time people lived for centuries so it is plausible that Adam and Eve had more children that got married later. Also they were not the only people of the earth. Read the early and later chapters of Genesis for a better explanation of the peoples of early man.

Cain didn't have a wife because Cain didn't exist. It's a made up story that only idiots believe is true.

Cain's wife was likely an unnamed sister of his (incest wasn't forbidden in Genesis), and Cain wasn't killed, but killed his brother, Abel.
