Actually, I've always just said "half price" with no other words in between. I think "half the price" would be acceptable too. I'm pretty sure the other two are wrong.

Normally, you would say, "Buy one bag, get a second for half price." I don't like any of the options you offered. You can't say "*the* half price", and you wouldn't normally say "half the price" or "half of the price". The closest one to correct is one, but three would be better if you changed it slightly to read "If you buy two bags, one is half price."

Hmm.. I'm not sure about correctness on this one. I think that they would technically all be correct, but they all sound odd. It would sound better to say "If you buy two bags, one will be half price" or "half off." Or you could say "if you buy one bag, you can get another at half price." Generally, people would just say "half price" instead of "half of the price" or "half the price."

Both 1 & 2 are acceptalbe, however, I never hear anyone use the 3rd. I would usually say "If you buy two bags, one is half priced".

The first two are both gramatically correct, but all three are awkward sentences. There are many correct ways to express this, though.
"Buy one bag and get the second for half price." is the most common use that I see in the U.S.
Another way to say it is, "Fifty percent off the second bag."

None of your three examples sound right. The first one was the closest, but I would say it this way:
If you buy two bags, the second is half price.

I think you should say "half price", but I'm not sure.
Maybe you should buy only one bag :-)
