My heart feels heavy... my arms feel weak.... i can stare at nothing fora surprisingly long amount of time...
I think my heart flew to utah with man of dreams, a few weeks ago.. we weren't dating, i just thougt that was where it was going.. till he left, and i don't know how to fix me... Is it all in my head? is there a quick fix? I have never felt like this

If you did not have a relationship with this man before he left, what makes you think you will have one now that he has left the area? It is normal to feel "down" when things don't go as planned.
It sounds like you are experiencing a mild depression; Try to keep to as normal a routine as possible. Trust me, in a few weeks, you will feel better, and you will have a better handle on where this relationship could have gone.
If, after a few weeks, you still feel the need to contact him and tell him how you feel, then I suggest you do that, but please wait until your head and your heart are aligned.

No quick fix. Just work through it the best you can. Not really sure if he knows how you feel, but if he's out in Utah, maybe he wants to be there. Accept his decision and respect it.

Call him and ask him and tell him how you feel, and ask him what he feels towards you and you would like to see he again and tell him how you feel too, or it will be just a memory in time that past by, or find another man of dreams and keep your heart happy.

the quick fix is great sex, you'll forget him faster...but with or without that you'll be fine...everything always happens for a reason!

if he's coming back to that area within a year or more do wait for him some guys do that they don't tell you but they want you back when they come back.
