Blue to Green Program?

Has anyone been through this process and if so can you let me know how it went. I am strongly thinking about it.

ITs teh program where USAF and USN can switch to and into the Army while keeping the same rank and only going to a 4 week warrior course instead of reg Boot Camp

never heard of it. I heard of green to gold (enlisted to officer program) and green to corporate grey (ETS program) but not blue to green.
