It seems like no one else is these days.. but I am. Are you?
I'm always scared when dating a guys cuz I'm always afraid he will brake up with me once he knows I'm saving myself for sure.
So I always keep in mind that if he was the right guy, he would respect me.
But I know it's different for many people.. so sometimes I feel hopeless.
It seems that everytime I tell a guy this just a week later they start hinting like marriage or having children together in the future.. it scares me..
So are you saving yourself? If you are, how are you handling it? Thank ya.

I'm saving myself! I know what you mean about how men will start talking about the future immediately, and it is a scary thought, but I don't plan on getting married until AFTER I finish college...so when I'm like 23 or 24. I just keep reminding myself that it will be the most important night of my life (wedding night), and what better way to top it off then losing your virginity to the man you want to spend the rest of your life with. If the guy is a real man, he will not try to pressure you and respect your belief. Your future husband will be so honored that he was your one and only. He won't have to worry about you comparing him with other guys or anything like that. Plus, he can respect you on having such a strong will power. These days, it is soooooo hard to find somebody who is determined to wait until marriage. Only 3% of the U.S. population are virgins until marriage. Any real man would be honored to marry a virgin. (Same argument goes for guys who want to save themselves for their future wife).

Hey girl, don't worry, you are not the only one. I am saving myself for marriage too. True Love Waits. People think I'm crazy but I am doing it to respect myself, my future husband and God and my family. I am scared too, cause I know to some guys they don't want to wait..but then I also think, like you said, well they aren't the right guy anyways. Cause if he truly loves you and cares about you, he will be patient and wait and respect that. :) that's awesome that you are strong enough to stand up for your morals and beliefs too. I feel most people respect me for my choice.

im saving myself too, you just have to stay strong, and dont let lust be consitered as love, make him wait and if he does then u know that he loves u for u and not wat u can do
