I'm a half filipina and am 20 years old and am still a virgin. I am in a relationship, a long distance relationship. I do value the ways of my ancestors, and hold them in the highest regard. I do feel that I am with the person I am to be married to is the one I will lose my virginity to, but If I know that I will marry that man, why wait?

I'm 17 and I'VE CHOSEN TO REMAIN A VIRGIN UNTIL I GET MARRIED. Not that I'm trying to force my beliefs on you or anything. Do you know what could happen? You could get pregnant, have a little baby growing inside of you, and you're only 19. You could get an STD or AIDS, no man will ever want to be with you again, and you're life would be over at 19. Don't you want your first time to be with someone you love, someone who won't walk out after he got what he wanted? Guys will do shitty things to you for the rest of your life. Save that until you're happily married and you know you want to be with that person for the rest of your life.

i think its good, i know so many people who have just slept with anyone to loose it and now they either just regete it all together or they have now found the person they love and wish they had it to give to them. im 20 and i lost mine when i was 15/16 to a guy that i was really in love with i waited until i was sure i loved him. he respected my decision and we waited 3 months. now 3 1/2 years later we are engaged and im glad i waited for him. its up to the person how long they wait but me personally dont nessaccerly thinking waiting untll marrige but untill you are sure you both love each other and know you are making the right decision.

Congratulations! Another one of the few. I'm also a virgin, and quite proud of it. (And I'm 18!) Keep up the good work, and teach it to your kids too!
