Do you think women tend to make more "emotional" decisions than men do?

It seems that in general (not all) women tend to become emotional much quicker than men. Please don't fly off the handle on me, 90% of my friends are girls. I get along better with girls than guys. But this is something I had to ask.

Ugghhh that would be because women ((ARE)) more emotional beings then men. Women arent this way by choice and only a very select few are successful at surpressing their emotions. This is because women generally think more long term and in greater detail then men. A woman sees a problem in her relationship she begins to question how it even got there and how to prevent it from recurring. She is more concerned with the ((WHY)) then she is with the actual resolution. Men want to fix the issue, at the most maybe a little venting and keep it moving. We can only make decisions on what we know and see. Most women see and know so much more about emotions then men.
So hell yea women make more emotional decisions then men. Sometimes they are right and sometimes they are wrong!

Yes, and it's because they can process emotions a lot faster than we can. Be warned--intuition is a valuable decision making tool. A study in Sweden revealed that women who were instructed to make various buying decisions based on intuition out performed men who were instructed to make the best buying decision they could using logic. What they found of that for simple decisions, logic worked better. But for decisions that involved many complex variables, the women were able to get a general sense that was a better indication of value than the men did.

oh yes, women are emotional. For example:

If you say, "Man, black people have high crime rates!" Women will get all upset and start crying. However if you say it this way:

"We need to spend more money on education and on the children so blacks don't have such high crime rates." Then women are all, "oh that is so touching, Im glad you care."

You said basically the same facts, but one sugar-coated it, and the other one was the facts without the sugar.

I am thrilled you asked this. I think you are very brave for it.
Absolutely! We are very emotional creatures. That is how God made us. We are the softer side of this world. We often make emotional, on the fly decissions but we also often regret it for not thinking it all the way through. However some of those instant emotional responses are some of the best choices we could make. For further reading on the mind and relationships of how men and women respond to each other and make choices I recommend "Men are from mars women are from venus" It is an excellent sourse for some of those questions we are just to embarassed to ask to or about the other sex. Yes. When girls go to make a decision they think about the emotional consequences or even the emotional "good things" that could come out of the decision. Girls don't like to be emotionally hurt, and they don't like to see others emotionally hurt.

yes we do make more emotional decisons reason being is that men usually push them off on us because they can't or don't want to deal with the emotion that is involved with the situation. So we've sort of been forced to take on all this emotion ya know.
