BUT, you can cross that border LEGALLY, and then come back to the U.S. ILLEGALLY and you will have more rights then you did in the U.S. as a legal citizen, not to mention you won't have to pay taxes.

First you will be robbed. Then you will be taken to jail where if you have anything left you will be robbed again. In prison you will be beaten and sodomized until you can't stand it anymore. Then in a week or so maybe some yanker from the state department gets you released (after he pays the bribe, mordida). This all assumes you weren't left dead in the desert after the first robbery.

there is not really a way to cross illegally because to leave this country you need a passport, it is easy to get so why would you want to go illegally? go to the post office and pick one up

They beat you up and put jalapenos up your *bleep*, then put you in jail for many, many, or mucho years. But, since they are not America, they can get away with it. Only America has to answer to things such as, unfair treatment to prisoners. Somehow, We are destructing from within, remeber Rome. I can't remember why, it just fealt right.
