I faced the same situation as you before.

I found out one but I really disappointed. Maybe, I didn't find the best one or not yet exist.

What I do, for the moment, is convert first to midi file then return back to mp3. Or I just buy KARAOKE version of that song...

there's a software called audicity and you will actual eliminate the voice from the song yet provided that the vocals are on a distinctive song from the contraptions. maximum common pop songs have each and all the sound on one song for that reason making it perplexing to eliminate the vocals. yet whilst the track does have 2 tracks in basic terms mute or delete the single with the vocals on it and if the musician didnt upload any effects e.g. echos then this is going to likely be suitable, yet whilst they did there'll be humming the place there was once vocals.

there is a plugin for winamp that removes the voice, but only does it to mp3s that are being currently played

certain programs you can dowload for your comp will have a karaoke mode that lets you get rid of voice temporarily but it won't let you burn it to make a kareoke cd if that's what you're trying to do..

if you have to ask, then you can't afford it.

you could separate the audio into two mono tracks.
reverse the phase on one track.
then recombine them.

all mono tracks will dissappear from the audio and everything else will sound wierd.
