The only time I laughed when I saw an American flag being burned was when the moron burning the flag also went up in flames - I'll hope for the best if you decide to take up flag burning.

It is only legal to burn a flag when it is not longer servicesable. You can't just burn a flag just for fun. It is legal because we as American soldiers (military members) have fought to defend that flag. So please keep that in mind....But if you think it is all fun and games to run into somebodies yard and burn a flag, come on over to my yard and try burning the flag in my yard, see what happens....gauranteed you won't be running when I am down...

Burning someone elses flag is chattel tresspass, petty larceny, malicious mischief, (if the arresting officer is in a grumpy mood), creating a civil disturbance.
The moral of this tale: buy your own flag for your next symbolic cloth barbeque and ignite it yourself.

If our U.S. Flag touches the ground..then you have to burn it...why would you want to burn a flag just for fun? If you dont like the United States...why dont you just leave and go somewhere where you would have to fight for your freedom...people like you dont appreciate what alot of our Fallen Heroes paid the price for your Freedom...
