It's called Carrot Oil Creme by Mane 'N Tail
I buy mine at a Beauty Supply Store.
I also seen it at Rite-Aid

I don't know about the carrot part, but tail and mane shampoo is usually sold at like places- called CVS Pharmacy's. You can also check with other Pharmacies around where you live. Hope this helps out in someway.
