1. I don't believe in a Skydaddy.
2. I do not fear death and I am not in denial over it.
3. Sometimes, self is the world's worst enemy.
4. I also have the power to be good without expecting a reward.
5. The threat of Hell is not what fuels my moral conscious.
6. There are things that I acknowledge as unknown. I do not have a hunger to comprehend everything in the known universe.
7. Thank goodness that I also have the power to disagree with the majority. I do it on a daily basis.
8. I do not believe in imaginary assistance.
9. I have the power to realize when someone is using a split infinitive!!!!
10. Likewise.
You declared quite a bit in a list of ten items. By whose authority do you have and list these powers?
I will tell you by whose authority I posted my list of ten items:
1. God
2. C.S. Lewis (Yes, that traitor whom you despise)
3. My English teacher, specifically for number nine.
This post does nothing but establish what many atheists assume about the Christian religion. If you would simply listen to believers, then you would realize that your list is actually a list of false assumptions about the behavior and beliefs of Christians.
Essentially, you have established a straw man argument. It is much easier to attack a straw man than it is to attack a strong man. Moreover, you ignore the Church worldwide. There are Christians in other countries who suffer persecution for their beliefs, yet they are unwavering. They do not fit your list of "Sunday Morning Christians" who are really hypocrites.
Good day.

I like the way you made your points.
Since you have the power you should avoid the rooms of AA, the 12 step program. also known as the cult of powerlessness. It would certainly not work for you.
Do you have the power to say no to alcohol when you want to and yes when you want to?
I don't mean this as an accusation or anything else.... more as a pun in cheek jive.
I enjoy the debates between the Christians and the atheists.
some of them(the Jesus junkies) have left some very unkind and judge mental criticisms of you and your kind.
I have a friend who uses the name MysticAthiest because it is an oxymoron and you wouldn't believe the way some people react to it.

To Agnostics, Atheism is just another religion - it is, after all, based on an unprovable article of faith: that God does not exist. Therefore, Atheists don't have any special powers or insights that believers in other religions have.
Neither do Agnostics, by definition.
What we all have in common is that we take ourselves far too seriously. When it comes to metaphysical concepts, none of us really has a clue, and our supernatural belief systems are just human fabrications used to control and/or influence other humans.
When we go extinct, our belief systems will go with us and that will be the end of that. The Universe will go on existing, completely unaffected by our infinitesimally brief presence.

7. We have the power to disagree with the majority
& eachother.
But they have the power to deny reality. Something I have never seen an Atheist do.

First of all I am a "God believer" and I do not fear or hate athiests.
Second, I feel sorry for you. This "question" you asked which was really more of a statement is simply you trying to convince yourself. It doesn't matter that you don't believe in God, Heaven, Hell, Jesus Christ, Creation, etc. They all still exist.
If I'm wrong I have nothing to lose but if you're wrong...

What makes you think that you are significant enough to be "hated and feared by millions"? For what? Do you think that you pose some threat?
Got some repressed anxiety about something?

I always wonder how sad a person has to be to come onto this site and do nothing besides insult people. I have seen Theists and Atheists do it and I personally feel sorry for you sad and pathetic lives.
