Call your phone company or go to their website.
But make sure you have detailed billing on your service.
If you have VOIP you should be able to do this.

Are you looking for cell phone records or a land-line phone (and then local or long distance).
If it is a cell phone call that company 99% or them do have your last bill on-line. Any calls since then will vary greatly by company.
For a land-line phone you can not see local calls. They are usually not logged or monitored as they are usually unlimited and the phone companies don't really care about them. As for the TV shows that make you think they track it that is way wrong. The only calls that ever get tracked are those that are tapped or those that are being made while they run a line repair/check. And then you would need to subpoena those records to view them.
As far as long distance calls go. They are tracked but many companies don't load them for viewing until they print the bill. Call that company and see what they offer in this area if these are the calls you are wanting to track.

I have Verizon. You can go on line and see the long distance calls. I don't know how you would check calls going out but my phone records the numbers of calls coming in.

You have not given your present location. anyway, most easy and cheep idea is get one “Caller ID unit” at home this will keep records of IN/OUT Going calls too. I don't know about online. you can check this out with your service provider
