anywhere its not about the money but about the idea that you think about here and you wanna do lots but you only have 10$ its so nice today its my birthday nobody call me only my beste freind at 7am and she sing for mr happy birthday on the phone she make my day it didnt cost here only 0.30$ of long distance but she made me very happy and she made my day. just take her to mcdonald but enjoy the day with her and tell her how much you love her freindship she will be very happy ... good luck and happy birthday to her

Get her a lotto ticket with all the numbers directly related to her birthday and then take her to Starbucks for an afternoon of "catching up".
She might like the cappuccino and if she hits the lotto for $100,000,000....she could buy Starbucks !

spend the $10 on a card & write something sincere in it that would make her more happy than anything else

it depends think of things she likes and list it and tink of similar things what she likes 2 do.. if u have a picture of ya'll 2 together put it in a picture frame and br creative and design it yourself.. and remember be smart
